CalgaryMovies.com Frequently Asked Questions

Remember, we are just a website listing movie showtimes for Calgary moviegoers. We are not associated with any theatre brand or chain. When will NEW MOVIE arrive in theatres and what are the showtimes?

The Coming Soon section has our most timely and up-to-date information available. Most theatres do not distribute showtimes until the week prior to the release date. If showtimes are available in advance, they will be displayed under the film listing.

Additionally, many films also only receive a limited release in Canada. A release date in the USA may only coincide with a showing in the Toronto area and not in smaller markets such as Calgary. A highly demanded film will eventually make its way to our local theatres, however this can be up to many weeks or months later.

Please note that all Coming Soon release dates and showtimes are subject to change without notification or recourse to CalgaryMovies.com.

Can I book a birthday party or group of people for a movie?
